Libs will never like or understand Rush. They look at him through minds of hate and the sieve of the media. Many of the comments below saying Rush said this or that were so wrong. In some of the direct quotes attributed to him, he was actually quoting other sources. Other comments had half quotes with opposite meanings. I have heard Rush on the air and an hour later the media gets it wrong and for months comments still have it wrong. Libs do not know Rush at all. They just love to hate.

What the right believes about the left:Most are nice people who have wrong ideas. What the left believes about the right:They are either evil stupid or both.Leftism= emotion based and wishful thinking.Conservatism= fact based, emotion shouldn't influence your politics!

Rush likes to say that the rich are the achievers. But a half truth is a whole lie. Only part are 'achievers'. Many simply inherited property &millions , & many stole their wealth. & many of THOSE are non achieves & scum who have no connection to achievement. ( Note to morons only- I'm not a liberal)

Lol! I love watching liberals get their panties into a wad over Rush. Truth is, they're scared of him and what he stands for! So they try to attack him and all they can do is call him fat and an idiot. Big whoop. Haha. Poor dummies...

@TheMadMusicMan It is said that people resort to personal attacks as a last measure once all other avenues of their argument have failed. I sincerely believe this to be true. If someone doesn't like their particular place in life, then they should work to make themselves better, not bitch about why they have 'nothing' when a few people 'have it all'. This entitlement attitude is going to be the end of this country (USA).If you put enough effort into something, anything's possible.

The more I watch this interview as well as Barbara's interview with Glenn Beck, the more I'm convinced that a lot of what we hear on these radio talk shows are stage personas. That's not to say Rush, Beck, Hanidy, Ingraham, Boortz and the like don't believe what they say, though: I believe they do, they just hipe it up on their shows.

@PoeticTorture Goebbels was a master of biting invective and insinuation, although he could whip himself into a rhetorical frenzy if the occasion demanded. He openly acknowledged that he was exploiting the lowest instincts of the German people -- racism, xenophobia, class envy and insecurity. He could, he said, play the popular will like a piano, leading the masses wherever he wanted them to go. "He drove his listeners into ecstasy not through sober psychological calculation. |
