Gas Prices on the South Island Dip to the Lowest in the Province

Many stations in Greater Victoria down to 100.9 cents per litre with a gas price website reporting that in Langford -- two stations were at 99.9. Across the province the average price is 129.9 but you'd be hard pressed to find even that price on the lower mainland. Vancouverites heading home will be surprised to see Richmond stations asking 149.9 per litre.
