He is going to run... he just don't feel like watching his back for the next year and a half!! Very smart in my book... look at the judge that exposed CPS or the DC Madam that was about to drop the ball on politicians, or even JFK... He has to make sure he is still here when its time to announce.. Alot of less influencial people that were trying to make much smaller puddles in the globalist pond were "taken care of"..
