Rush Limbaugh is one of many predators in modern media. They play on the fears of the easily frightened. He's in it for the money and assumes everyone else is too. If you're leaning toward what is currently referred to as 'conservative' you should know that you're being lead like cattle. The gun under your pillow doesn't make you brave and stem cell research is not murder.

I don't understand how Rush Limbaugh sleeps at night. What benefit did he hope to gain by his comments. His comments make a person more sympathetic towards Michael than watching Michaels brave struggle. At least he is trying to make a difference instead of sitting at home feeling sorry for himself.

Poor guy. I'm a big stem cell research advocate myself. I suffer from an autoimmune disease called fibro myalgia which causes dibilitating pain and fatigue in my muscles, my friend has a son who has ALD (Lorenzo Odone's disease as seen in Lorenzo's oil) and she's unable to afford enough money for Lorenzo's oil so I'm hoping through this new administration we'll make more progress in this field and save lives and rid of diseases soon

Those with any sense can agree that Rush Limbaugh is - at best - a crafty and despicable hatemongerer. But what sucks is that, because a democrat is going to be in the whitehouse, we are going to have put up with his engorged, bloated ego for the next 4 years. Because, just like when Clinton was elected, frustrated conservatives will flock to his rhetoric and his presence, like some kind of foul ooze, will seep to the higher levels of popular culture.
