He spoke of facts and logically interpreted them, rather than twisting them. I don't understand, what is wrong with that. People are saying all kinds of things here. I think, it is better to read history and political philosophies before you come up and say anything to someone who has done those things already.

Real conservatives would (1) cut wasteful "defense" spending --not troops & advisors in the Middeast, but stuff like deadweight army bases right here in the U.S.; (2) put the expensive & failed War on (Some) Drugs out of its misery. WoSD is the main cause of the huge nonviolent & mostly black (both laws & enforcement are unfair) "prison nation," has failed to stop drug abuse or prevent recidivism, criminalises farmers, doctors, patients.)Policy should be evidence-based, not ideology-based.
