What do you want to bet he has already shopped for or maybe has even bought vacation property there? I personally know one couple from Texas who built their retirement home there on the top of a mountain overlooking the ocean. I also have visited with a retired teacher who said she can live MUCH better on her teacher retirement there. The son of another acquaintance is living there selling real estate to Americans.
