I'm guessing the non-perofist he was refurring to are the non-profits wich rely on government funding - not nessaserily the non-profits which neither pay or spend tax-dollars.The typical conservative standpoint is that taxes should be made extremely low, government programmers should be eliminated. People and businesses would use the money they have from the lower taxes to increase business and create more jobs, and/or donate to non-profits which would replace government programs.

@drpeppa2357 the only hate around here is the junk and teh rest of those idiots say. Rush has more listeners then any other talk show or T.V talk so combined. Rus is doing something right! he has several million listeners. GO RUSH! TELL IT LIKE IT IS!

Rush is a college drop out, a draft dodger, a man of many failed marriages, a drug addict, a racist, a sexist, and a failed sports announcer with followers called ditto heads because he tells them what to think. Truly he is a leader of "Idiot America," talk about lazy idiots and rapist of the American economy he is the number one rapist.
