not exactly, but they don't want to do anythin that helps the lower class and in the same bill, affects the upper class! I still hate them though. I'd love to see the rich taxed for even more of their money, and tax breaks given to the middle and lower classes. I mean that would make too much sense, we can't have logical taxation. But make no mistake on this, the rich are rich because they were smart with money, they do deserve it. Unless they inherited it then it's only what their parents did.
