Somebody help! The ACLU is defending the establishment of cause of the constitution! Oh, wait, isn't that what everyone should be doing? It must suck to have your Cristian and heterosexual privileges attacked on basis of ethics and the constitution.

Did you know that the capitol building was used as a church on Sundays all the way up to, and for a short time after the Civil War. Thomas Jefferson was a regular attendee when he was in the capitol.

If you think America is a shithole, and most other nations are, then what kind of dipshit are you to stay here? Why don't you leave, so we *ahem* I mean you, can be happier.

I have read hundreds of letters by Thomas Jefferson, now I do not recall mention of any displays in or around US Government facilities. Jefferson, a Deist who believed not in Jesus' divinity but in his philosophy, might have had a problem with such religious displays sponsored by the government and most certainly would have objected to the Ten Commandments hanging in any official building. He eliminated the Old Testament from his own bible. Reason was the measure of the day, not religion.
