No Rush. The idea was to destroy the enemies military and destroy the war industries. Deliberately killing civilians for the hell of it has been a war crime punishable by death (usually by hanging) for more than a century, As a side note attempts to break the enemies morale by MASS bombing civilians has NEVER worked. The blitz didn't force the UK out of WWII. RAF and USAAF carpet bombing of Germany didn't make them surrender. Didn't work in Vietnam either

Think I missed this vid.Cenk's totally missing Limbaugh's point. He's not in favour of the old days (total war), he's saying be thankful this only happens by accident these days. Instead of stupidly wasting the video with something Rush obviously didn't mean, Cenk could have countered Rush by saying that we should have our own standards in war, not be happy that we're better than we used to be, or better than terrorists are. Or lead with how the secrecy is the problem. TYT & Limbaugh fail.

Our military is incompetent, how else do you explain over a million innocent civilian men, women & children killed in both of these wars!!! 5000 innocent civilian men, women & children in Panama in just over a month, Grenada, El Salvador the list goes on & on.
