@MrClaydough: The Geneva Conventions do not technically apply here, because we are facing an enemy without a uniform and without "formal" organization. They are everywhere, and their "uniform" is usually dirty t-shirts and pajama pants. We only waterboarded THREE PEOPLE--THREE!! Have you read the now-declassified report on what we learned from that?
