Also, he doesn't mention who the writer is. How about a name, as there are several essays with the same title. How about having the fellow on for a debate?

Stefan's problem is that he seems to believe that there are only two types of organization 1)unadulterated free market, and 2) a state which interferes with the market. How about a society of adults who simply organize themselves in such a way so that there is NO us/them dichotomy? The state ARE the people. This is, like, Socialism or Democracy 101. And IF this organization which has been organized by the free people do not do what the people who put them there desire, they're simply replaced.

Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong!!!! The government has NOT been in charge of dealing with pollution to a great extent precisely because private tyrannies have interfered every step of the way in trying to get them to allow pollution to continue. The problem as far as the government goes is that private tyrannies are interfering with the people/government in carrying out the logical and moral steps to rid any company at all who is committing the crime of polluting.

Haha...Sorry, but the author s an adult, who upon realizing that Libertarianism has precisely nothing to do with liberty or freedom, dropped it. You know, sort of like when you stop wearing your plaid knickers by the time your seven? I recommend dropping the fundamentalist devotion to something you've apparently never looked into much, sort of like how most folks don't really look into the faith within which they were raised, read a few critiques by one of the many rational non-lib adults.

He doesn't know how the free market has created global warming? WTF? Were it left up to "the free market" the planet would have already burned up. Thank Goddess there was a mechanism, government of free people in this case, who put the clamps down on the criminals who could care less about the environment. I mean, after all, caring about the climate might be detrimental to profits, and that is a sin of the worst kind. Jeeeeeez

THE SPANISH INFLUENZA EPIDEMIC OF 1918 WAS CAUSED BY VACCINATIONSwwwDOTwhaleDOTto/vaccine/sf1.htmlActually, caused by the free market pawning off vaccines onto the "free market".

HAHAHAHAHAHA...."The plague was a statist phenomena to begin with." EVERYTHING wrong in the universe has a "statist" cause. "My toilet is plugged up." "It's the state!" "I have a sore on my lip." "It's the state!" I said 'Hello' to a person. "It's the state!" "I've received LOTS of benefits from the state." "It's the state!"

By "access to the means of production", what Marxists really mean is "FREE access to the means of production."
