I think Paxman realises that you really don't have to argue with people like this.Just give them their head, let them talk and any person with two brain cells to rub together will see them for the idiots that they are.I reckon Paxman regarded this interview as a bit of down time where he could think about what he was going to have for dinner or which socks he would wear tomorrow, just chipping in here and there to keep her going.
