He keeps repeating his question because he just can't believe the things that are coming out of this devil woman's mouth. He has to understand, though, that even if she doesn't believe a word of what she says, she'll never stop because her close-minded views are what's making her money. She's basically playing the role of the republican STEREO TYPE; a violent, racist christian. Also, her refering to Seinfeld, a freakin' sitcom, in order to prove a point shows that she's just plain stupid.
