Police officer killed in Miami-Dade County

Proverbs 5:22-23 says, "The evil deeds of a wicked man ensnare him; the cords of his sin hold him fast. He will die for lack of discipline, led astray by his own great folly."

A massive manhunt is under way after four Miami-Dade County, Florida, police officers were shot during a traffic stop Thursday, a police spokeswoman said. One of the officers later died, Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Alvarez said.

The officers had been conducting robbery surveillance at a residential complex in Cutler Bay.

Police said the suspect was "driving erratically" in the complex, and when they tried to stop him he fired a high-powered rifle at the officers.

"Witnesses said it sounded like machine gun fire, very rapid fire," a police spokesman said. "It was very deliberate to intentionally fire upon … and kill a police officer."

This should be another wake up call to police officers and others who participate in the corrupt legal system of our country. There is a price to be paid for your evil deeds, and this police officer is just the latest example.
