The political establishment is buzzing in bewilderment over the recent win in South Carolina of Alvin M. Greene in the Democratic Senate primary. Apparently, Greene is an unemployed military veteran who lives with his father and political insiders are upset that he somehow came up with the $10,400 filing fee.

Well known as one of the largest states in the United States of America, Pennsylvania has 50 election districts under its belt. Election districts are separated such that each district has a separate polling station, making it easier for the constituents of the state to vote. Pennsylvania election districts are sometimes the busiest of all, as witnessed by last year’s presidential election.
